a) Advantages a nonprofit might have in attracting staff compared to a for profit.
b) Disadvantages a nonprofit might have in attracting staff compared to a for profit.

d) Are fringe benefits usually better or worse in a nonprofit compared to a for profit? For example…
e) In for-profits, many marketing positons are dependent to some degree upon commission. Why do you think that in nonprofits, commission earnings on donations are not allowed?
